The Memorial Tournament is this weekend so we hear at Birdie Birdie Bogey have a golf betting preview for you. Now remember, picking winners on a Wednesday is a big risk but could provide big rewards. Please only gamble what you can afford. I personally like to bet a little bit on Wednesday for sleepers and try to find someone on Friday or Saturday who is off the lead but within striking distance that has value. Who picked Emiliano Grillo last Sunday? Not me but good vibes only on this golf betting preview, let’s roll the dice.
Before we start here’s some good insight on the course from The Fried Egg team.
Annually, we see one common theme reign supreme when it comes to the top of the leaderboard at Muirfield Village: ballstrikers. You can’t fake your way around this course as the rough is thick and the areas around the greens are tough to get up and down from. Historically, we see an abundance of approach shots from 150 to 200 yards (45% compared to Tour average of 38%).
So do your own research on some PGA ballstrikers or do what I do, look at the experts and pick what I like. Here’s who the experts like:

I’m not a huge Wednesday bettor but there’s some real value here so I’ll sprinkle the infield. Hopefully we have a winner and some value picks in here for you. Enjoy The Memorial Tournament hosted by Jack Nicklaus and good luck. Who knows maybe we picked a long shot and everyone gets….
…well you know. Hit em’ straight.
[…] Rickie bogeyed 16, 17, and 18 to finish just outside the top ten. That really hurt for those of us that had some money on him finishing inside the top 10. […]
